Terms of Use & Platform Policies

Welcome to lab.innterio.com ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using our 3D design generation service, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Service Description

The platform provides AI-assisted 3D visualization and rendering services intended for interior designers, contractors, architects, and homeowners for concept visualization and presentation purposes.

Generated images are conceptual representations only and may differ from actual execution due to materials, lighting, dimensions, site conditions, and implementation choices made by contractors or professionals.

Important: Generated images are not architectural drawings or execution drawings and should not be used for construction or structural decisions without independent review and approval by qualified professionals (architects, structural engineers, or relevant consultants).

2. Pricing & Plan Policy

  • All pricing, plans, credits, and features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • Existing purchased credits or active subscriptions will remain valid for their respective duration unless otherwise specified.
  • Promotional or introductory pricing (including trial plans) may be limited-time offers.
  • The platform reserves the right to introduce new pricing tiers or modify existing ones based on operational or market requirements.

Credit / Token Policy

  • New users may receive a limited number of free trial credits (for example, free 3D renders) solely for testing and evaluation. These free credits are typically valid for a short period (for example, 15 days from account creation) and may expire automatically if unused.
  • Paid credits or tokens represent a right to use the service (for example, to generate images) and do not represent money, fiat currency, or a stored-value wallet. They are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly permitted in writing.
  • Purchased credits or tokens are generally valid for a defined period (for example, approximately 12 months from the date of purchase or top-up) after which any unused credits may automatically expire and be forfeited.
  • Expired, used, or forfeited credits/tokens cannot be reinstated, encashed, or converted back into money or refunds, except where required under applicable law or as specifically provided in our Refund & Credit Policy.
  • The platform may adjust credit/token consumption rates (for example, number of tokens required per image generation) as part of feature, pricing, or capacity changes, while honouring applicable validity rules for already-purchased credits.

3. Free Trial & Test Usage Policy

  • Free or trial-generated images are provided for testing and evaluation purposes only.
  • By using the free testing feature, users grant permission to the platform to use generated images for:
    • Marketing materials
    • Website showcases
    • Social media promotions
    • Demonstration examples
  • Personal or sensitive client information will not be intentionally disclosed.
  • If a user does not want their images used for marketing, they must submit a written request before generating images.

4. Image Usage & Intellectual Property

  • Users retain rights to use generated images for client presentations, marketing, and project discussions.
  • Generated images must not be resold as standalone design products or redistributed as stock content.
  • The platform retains the right to use anonymized outputs for service improvement and promotional purposes.

5. Accuracy & Limitation of Responsibility

  • Generated images are conceptual visualizations and not construction drawings.
  • The platform is not responsible for:
    • Site measurement errors
    • Material mismatches
    • Execution differences on-site
    • Structural, electrical, plumbing, or technical decisions based on generated images
  • Users must verify all designs, dimensions, and specifications independently before execution.

6. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & Pricing Disclaimer

Any BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimation, material quantity, or pricing information generated or displayed on the platform is provided for indicative and estimation purposes only.

  • BOQ values are approximate estimates based on standard assumptions, user inputs, and automated calculations.
  • Actual project costs may vary depending on location, material selection, labour charges, site conditions, vendor pricing, market fluctuations, and execution methods.
  • The platform does not guarantee accuracy of pricing, quantities, or total project cost.
  • BOQ outputs must not be treated as final quotations, contractor estimates, or execution-level financial documents.
  • Users are responsible for verifying all quantities, specifications, and pricing with contractors, vendors, or professionals before execution.

The platform shall not be held responsible for financial loss, pricing differences, or disputes arising from reliance on generated BOQ or cost estimates.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Upload copyrighted or illegal content without permission.
  • Generate misleading, harmful, or unlawful visual content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform technology.
  • Use the platform for activities violating applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of acceptable use rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, without refund of previously purchased credits or subscriptions.

8. Payment & Refund Policy (Summary)

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect access to the platform.

10. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed under the account is considered the responsibility of the account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us as soon as possible.

11. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policies. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when material changes are made.
