This policy explains what lab.innterio.com and the Innterio AI Studio Android application ("Innterio", "We", "Us", "Our") collect from you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can have it removed. It applies to the professional platform at lab.innterio.com, the Innterio AI Studio app, and the Project Management System at pm.innterio.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information
Your name, email address and phone number when you register. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google. We also store optional professional details you choose to add, such as company name, logo, city, service locations and a professional description.
Content you upload
Photographs of rooms and buildings, floor plans, elevation drawings, reference images and any other images or plan data you submit to the design tools, together with the prompts and settings you provide. We also store the images our tools generate for you, so they remain available in your gallery.
Project and client information
Information you enter about your own projects and clients — for example project names, client names and contact details, site addresses, notes, bills of quantities, tasks and site records. You are responsible for the personal data of your clients that you choose to enter.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs, banking credentials and similar payment details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never received or stored by us. We store only the plan purchased, the Razorpay order reference, and the resulting credits and validity on your account.
Technical and usage information
IP address, browser or device user-agent, login times, and records of the tools you use and credits you consume. If you enable notifications, we store the push subscription your browser or device issues, so we can tell you when a render or a bill of quantities is ready.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To run the design tools you ask us to run and return the results to you.
- To operate your projects, BOQs, presentations and project management workspace.
- To process purchases, apply credits and plan validity, and handle referrals.
- To send service messages — verification, password resets, purchase confirmations, approval and low-stock alerts, and notifications you have opted into.
- To prevent abuse, apply usage limits, and diagnose faults.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded images to train our own models.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what a service needs in order to work:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. If our business is transferred, your information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.
4. Storage, security and retention
Your data is stored in our database on our own server infrastructure. Traffic between you and Innterio is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access is restricted to authorised personnel. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your account data for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only where we must for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Generated images are kept for 14 days. Images produced by the design tools remain in your gallery for 14 days from the date they are created, and are then permanently deleted from our servers. Please download anything you wish to keep before then — once deleted, an image cannot be recovered.
5. Use of generated images in our marketing
If you use a free or trial account, we may use the images those tools generate for you in our own marketing — for example on our website, social media, demonstrations and app store listings. This covers generated outputs only. The photographs, floor plans and reference images you upload are used solely to produce your result and are never published by us. For paid accounts we use only anonymized outputs, as set out in our Terms of Use.
If you would rather a particular image was not used this way, email us at mail@innterio.com and we will exclude it.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction — you can view and edit your profile in the app, and can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion — you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing the address below. We will action the request within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records.
- Notifications — you can turn notifications off at any time in your browser or device settings.
- Marketing email — you can ask us to stop sending it. Service messages necessary to operate your account will continue.
7. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a shared sign-on cookie so that moving between lab.innterio.com and pm.innterio.com does not require signing in twice. These are necessary for the service to work; blocking them will prevent you from staying signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Children
Innterio is a professional tool intended for business use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. The "Last Updated" date above will always reflect the current version, and significant changes will be notified in the app or by email.
