This Refund & Credit Policy applies to image generations, credits, and paid plans used on lab.innterio.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Use & Platform Policies.

1. Digital Nature of the Service

Our platform provides AI-generated images delivered instantly in digital form. Because outputs are generated based on your inputs and consumed immediately, completed generations are non-refundable in most cases.

2. Credits & Usage

  • Each generation consumes free quota, promotional credits, or paid credits as shown in the interface.
  • Once a credit is consumed for a successful generation, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • Credits purchased as part of a plan or top-up may have a validity period; unused credits after the validity period may expire as per the plan terms.

3. Technical Failures

If a generation fails due to a clear technical error on our side (for example, server failure before any image is produced) and credits were deducted, we may at our discretion restore the affected credits or provide an equivalent adjustment.

4. Quality & Expectation Management

  • Generated images are conceptual visualizations based on AI models and prompts.
  • We do not guarantee that every output will match a specific creative expectation, style, or client preference.
  • Mismatches in style, layout, or subjective quality do not qualify for refunds once the image has been successfully generated.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

  • All payments for credits and plans are processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • Unauthorised or fraudulent transactions should be reported to both your bank and our support team as soon as possible.
  • Improper or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction or suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Credit Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the revised policy. The "Last Updated" date will reflect significant updates.
